Thank you for shopping with Orba! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, efficiently, and in excellent condition. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on getorba.com are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order is confirmed and payment is verified.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on business days may not begin processing until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Orba offers several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and delivery destination.
Available Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day from the date of shipment (order must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day).
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Any active free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is the result of an error on our part or a defective product.
Domestic Shipping
Orba ships to all 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please note that shipments to U.S. territories may require additional transit time.
Estimated Domestic Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Orba partners with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments. The carrier selected for your order will depend on your shipping method, package size, and delivery destination.
International Shipping
Orba is proud to offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. International shipping availability and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
International Shipping Details
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.
Orba has no control over customs delays or additional charges levied by your country's customs authority. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing an international order.
If an international package is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect documentation, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
You can also track your order at any time by:
- Logging into your Orba account on getorba.com and visiting the "Order History" section.
- Clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Visiting the carrier's website directly and entering your tracking number.
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, or if you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team at support@getorba.com and we will investigate the status of your shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Orba takes great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and processes.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk or mailroom.
- Look in any secure or alternative delivery locations around your property.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file an inquiry.
- Wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they arrive.
If you have completed these steps and still cannot locate your package, please contact us at support@getorba.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund at our discretion.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@getorba.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Orba is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation at checkout if available.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and current. This includes apartment numbers, suite numbers, building names, and any other details necessary for successful delivery.
Orba is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at support@getorba.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
Orba ships to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO, and DPO). Please note that deliveries to these addresses are handled exclusively through USPS and may require additional transit time. Expedited and overnight shipping options may not be available for these address types.
