How to use Orba with GoHighLevel CRM to keep track of your warm leads

Keeping track of your leads through a CRM is a must-do for modern businesses, but products like Hubspot can often be too expensive for small businesses. How to integrate GoHighLevel in less than 5 minutes

First, ensure that you are logged in to your GoHighLevel sub-account. You will need to do this so that the Orba integration can authorize your company.

Make your way to the Orba dashboard, and navigate to Integrations.On the top of the page, select the CRM tab to access the CRM integrations, andwithin the dropdown box, select the GoHighLevel CRM integration.

Upon clicking Create Integration, you will be redirected to a GoHighLevel authorization page. Select the relevant sub-account to continue.

You will then be returned to the CRM integrations page. If your integration was successful, you will see a row with your ACTIVE GoHighLevel integration.

That’s it! You are now ready to start collecting leads! Let’s see how this CRM will work using the Chatbot Playground.

Testing the GoHighLevel Integration

Please note that when you run this test, you will create a contact in your CRM. You will be able to delete this contact after the test if you wish.

Make your way to the Chatbot playground. You will be presented with the Orba Chatbot Playground, and your personalized chatbot. Note that we have already setup a knowledge base with this chatbot. If you have not yet done so, please setup a knowledge base by clicking on Knowledge Base in the sidebar.

Then start chatting with the chatbot. As the conversation continues,the chatbot will either ask for an email, or the lead will provide an email.

This triggers the CRM integration, and the Orba will create a new contact in your CRM with the lead email.

Furthermore, Orba will create a new custom fielda utomatically for your inside the new contact called Orba GHL Notes, and populate it with a summary of the ongoing conversation with that lead! This ensures you will always have visibility on who is visiting your website and talking to your chatbot, as well as what the conversation is about!
